Sermon Reflection: “Giving Thanks: The Love of God”
Everything that exist God spoke into existence, except for one thing. God did not speak Adam and Eve into existence, he created them with his hands! Mankind is special. We are created in the image of God. I hope this understanding of God’s love for you will change the way you feel about God and yourself. You are loved by God. Never doubt it! Amen! -Pastor Jeff Carico

Sermon Reflection: “Solomon’s Final Conclusion”
Solomon searched for the ultimate pleasures and satisfactions in life. What makes us the happiest we can possibly be? His wealth and wisdom were unsurpassed. He had it all, nothing was withheld from him, he experienced it all. So what was his final conclusion? “The end of the matter; all has been heard. Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man.” Ecclesiastes 12:13 Solomon concluded that without God all of the pleasures of life are shallow and will leave us lacking. Live to serve the Lord, this is the right path. Don’t be discouraged, keep the faith, you are on the right track, God will reward you for your service. -Pastor Carico Sermon Reflection: “Night Sounds”
Have you ever listened to the sounds of the night? “Night Sounds” are different than the sounds of the day. Sometimes they can bring thoughts of fear, depression, loneliness and discouragement. Yesterday’s sermon was a reminder that God is a 24/7 God. He never sleeps or needs a rest. He is always on the job. I am not minimizing your problems. Life is real. But God is real also, and he is bigger than any problem you have! Be of good cheer, Don’t listen to the night sounds. Listen to the voice of God! He is our strength! -Pastor Jeff Carico Acts 16: 25-31 Matthew 14: 22-33 Psalm 121 |
