       It is estimated that the Apostle Paul traveled almost 10,000 miles.  This is equivalent to traveling from New York City to Los Angeles almost four times.  Considering the methods of travel for Paul’s day this is quite an accomplishment.   Paul’s ministry of traveling lasted about 25 years.  During this time Paul birthed at least 14 known churches in pagan cities, with many more that are not recorded. 
       Paul’s journeys were harsh beyond description.  His life was constantly placed in imminent threat of death.  Sacrifice, danger, pressure and hardship were his constant companions.  
       Of all the people who helped Paul during his lifetime there was no one who surpassed the loyalty and friendship of a man named Timothy.  The life and ministry of Timothy will be the theme of our Sunday service.  I look forward to sharing this time with you and your family.  Service begins at 10:00 AM.
