     The Bible is a book of stories.  Not stories about people, but the stories of people.  Their decisions, hopes, failures, successes and much, much more.  In essence it is their life story.  From beginning to end, the story of who and what they are.  Is it any wonder that such great and interesting stories are found in the Bible!  This coming Sunday my sermon will revolve around the life story of some famous Bible characters and what we can gain from their example.    It’s going to be a fun journey!  I hope will you join us.  
     What is your life story?  Your story is not over yet, it’s still being written, and God wants to be a part!  How sad it would be to hear your life story and never hear about your experiences with God.  I think that would be tragic.

       Sometimes the world will tell us, “stay in your place”.  You are what you are, nothing can change, you’re stuck, there’s no hope for you, life has passed you by and it’s too late for you.  But that’s not what the Bible says!  Paul tells us, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”.
       During my Sunday sermon I will use Mary and David as examples of how we are not necessarily destined to “stay in our place”.    God took them to a very unexpected place.  He will do the same for you!   This is going to be exciting!
