Hello, everyone!
      “Everybody else is doing it, and I just want to fit in”.   Have you ever used an expression like that?  We all have.  And we usually live to regret it!!!!
       Ancient Israel felt the same pressure and made the same mistake.  The story in recorded in 1 Samuel 8.  I invite you and your family to join me tomorrow, Sunday, August 27, 10:00 AM, as we study this interesting story recorded in the Bible.  I believe we will learn some valuable lessons!

Hello, everyone!
       The Bible gives us the incredible story of Daniel being placed in the den of lions as a punishment for his faith (Daniel 6).   This story also tells of the fate of those who brought the accusations against Daniel.  Listen to what the Bible says:
“And the king commanded, and those men who had maliciously accused Daniel were brought and cast into the den of lions—they, their children, and their wives. And before they reached the bottom of the den, the lions overpowered them and broke all their bones in pieces.”  Daniel 6:24
      Wow!   The theme of my Sunday sermon will be “the influence we have on those around us”.  I invite you and your family to worship with us this Sunday, August 20, 10:00 AM.   See you there!

Hello, everyone! 
       Some things are larger than time, culture or situation.  The truths they contain and teach us are always relevant and appropriate.  They span all ages and cultures.   They are timeless truths.  
       These sources of timeless truths are very limited, to say the least, but I do believe that Psalm 91 is one of them.  The fact that Jesus and Satan both make reference to its teachings places Psalm 91 in a very small category of importance and credibility.  Wow!
      I hope you will join with me this Sunday, August 13, 10:00 AM as we study Psalm 91.  I believe the Word of God will speak to us!
