  Have you recently found yourself asking questions similar to these:

• ​What is going on in our nation and in the world?  Why are all these crazy things happening?
• Why is everyone so angry and rude?  Does anyone show respect anymore?
• What crisis is going to happen next?  Pandemic?  Inflation?  Gas prices?   Borden confusion?  Gender? Storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, mud slides?   Shootings?  World military unrest/war?    
• Where are we going?  Does anybody know?
• Does anybody use common sense anymore?   Has the world gone crazy? 

      I am not trying to be overly dramatic.  This is 2023.  I believe that the Bible gives us a clear answer of where the world is heading:
“This Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same way as you saw him go into heaven.”  Acts‬ ‭1‬:‭11
      There is no question that the world is heading toward the return of Jesus Christ to this earth!  That is  where we are going!   But what will the journey look like?  What does the Bible say we can expect as we make the journey?  What is happening now and what does the future hold?  
     This Sunday, I want to begin a sermon series on what the Bible says about our current situation and what we can expect in the future.  Would you like to know what the Bible says about our future?  Let’s learn together.  See you Sunday at 10:00 AM.
