Sermon Reflection, July 30, 2018

      "There are more of us than there are of them".   This is what Elisha told his servant when he awoke and found that the army of Aram (Syria) had surrounded them.  Elisha prayed that the eyes of his servant be opened.   His servant then saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire.   You can find all the details of this amazing story in 2 Kings 6.
      Elisha and his servant were rescued from the impending danger.  The forces of God were greater than the forces of evil.  I encourage you today to pray that God will open your eyes to his surrounding force.  We may not always see him, but God is always there for his followers.   Keep your faith.  "There are more of us than there are of them".
