Sermon Reflection, July 31, 2017

      During yesterday's sermon series "The Jehovah Names of God" the subject was Jehovah-Nissi, which is interpreted as "The Lord Our Banner" or "The Lord Our Refuge".  The Lord proved to be to Moses a place of refuge and strength.  This is his promise to us as well.  His covenant name is Jehovah-Nissi.
​      In the time of testing and trial I encourage you to remain faithful to God and to keep your faith.  Continue to serve the Lord.  He is your refuge.   Run to the banner of God, not away!
     God cannot deny his character.  He will protect you, keep you, and bless you.  It's who he is.  He is Jehovah-Nissi.
